The price of every sliding wall includes the toughened safety glass cut to your size, the top and bottom tracks, the glass profiles including wheels, and the installation manual with all fixings. Foundation beam, U-profiles, draught strip, panel carriers and door handle are optional: nothing is pre-ticked and you see the price difference per choice immediately. Delivery and installation are added separately and shown before you check out.

It follows from the width of your opening: up to 2000 mm a 2-track system, up to 3000 mm a 3-track and up to 4000 mm a 4-track. More tracks means more and therefore narrower panels, which can help if you walk through the wall daily. Enter your width in the width guide on the homepage and you will see straight away which system fits, and why.

Our standard sliding walls use a fixed number of panels per width so they slide smoothly and seal well. Want a different number of panels or special glass? Choose the ‘Custom’ option in the configurator. We prepare a no-obligation quote. Lead time for special glass is about 3 weeks.

Widths above 3000 mm or non-standard sizes fall outside our standard range. Enter your size in the configurator and you automatically get a quote option. Within one working day you receive a proposal with price and lead time. Your configuration is included automatically.

Standard toughened safety glass with anthracite profiles (RAL 7016). Other glass types, such as matt or special glass, are available on request, just ask via WhatsApp or email.

Measure the height at two points (left and right) and the width at two points (top and bottom). Always use the smallest measurement. We account for the tolerance. No need to subtract anything.

We charge for delivering a sliding wall by distance, in a straight line from Helmond: up to 100 km € 60,00, up to 200 km € 90,00, up to 300 km € 120,00. Beyond 300 km we give you a price on request. Walls our team installs are delivered free of charge. Loose parts travel as a parcel.

Expect ± 5 working days (NL), ± 7 (BE) or ± 10 (DE) until the first delivery slot, plus production time. Special glass has a production time of about 3 weeks.

No, and that is by design. The panels slide past one another and rainwater has to be able to drain away, so the system has gaps in it. In practice a closed wall stops the great majority of wind and driving rain, which makes your terrace considerably more sheltered and drier. But it is not a sealed facade: in sustained driving rain some water can get in along the bottom track and the overlap. A draught strip noticeably reduces what passes at the overlap; you add that as an option.

A standard sliding wall with single glazing insulates very little. What it does do is keep the wind out and let the sun in, which makes a terrace or veranda comfortable for far longer in spring and autumn. Do not expect a heated room: behind single glazing it gets cold when it freezes. If you do want insulating performance you need double glazing; there is more on that below.

Our standard sliding walls use single toughened safety glass. That is strong, safe and light enough to slide smoothly, but it does not insulate. For a genuine garden room you also use in winter, double glazing (an insulating unit of two panes with a cavity between them) is the right choice; it is heavier, more expensive and needs a heavier profile. We supply double glazing on request rather than through the configurator. Ask us over WhatsApp or request a quote and we will work it out for your situation.

Yes. Our own installation team fits your sliding wall, usually within one day, for € 590,00. Includes removal of all packaging material and a 1-year warranty on the installation work.

Absolutely. The clear manual and all mounting materials are included as standard, and the installation page has a short four-step guide, also as a poster to download. Stuck? We are happy to help via WhatsApp.

Until the moment we deliver to you, the risk of damage is ours: if something breaks in transit we remake it and you pay nothing extra. If something is not right on arrival, tell the driver straight away and send us a photo the same day. If our team installs it and something breaks during that installation, that is our responsibility too. If you install it yourself, damage caused during that installation is not covered; glass that is set wrong can break. Always work with two people.

No. Your wall is cut and toughened to the dimensions and options you specify, which makes it a personalised product to which the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply. Parts that were not made specifically for you can be returned within 14 days. This is separate from a defect: if something is wrong with the product, your statutory rights and our warranty apply as normal. If you are unsure about your measurement, measure again or send us a photo first. That is exactly why we would rather look before production.

You get a 5-year warranty on every material: the profile, the hardware, the glass and the loose parts. If our own team installed it, the installation work itself carries 1 year on top. Your statutory right to a sound product is separate and continues after a warranty period ends.

With an online payment, production starts as soon as your payment is received. If you choose pay on delivery, we confirm your order by email and review your dimensions with you before production.
